What is the shelf life of our products?

All products have a year shelf life. Refrigerate after opening. Store baking mixes in a dry environment (no humidity specifically) because we not use preservatives (including anti-clumping agents).



When is my order shipped out?

Your order will be shipped out within 48 hours from the time the order is received.



How do I return an order for a refund, and what is considered refundable?

Please call us first to receive a RMA# then send back the product in the original packaging with invoice inside. Please give 2 weeks for us to process the return, we will call you to process a credit card refund once we recieve the return. Returns
 of damaged goods will be accepted and store credit offered in exchange at

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please email info@spoonnyc.com and asked to be removed from the newsletter. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
